Stacy began practicing yoga in 2015 for the physical benefits and soon discovered the healing power of yoga on a spiritual an emotional level. She first attended a vinyasa flow class and quickly became passionate about the practice. Stacy found her way to Hart and quickly fell in love with the instructors, studio and overall energy she experienced at Hart. In 2019 she began the Yoga Teacher Training program and completed her training in June of 2020. Discovering yoga has led her to new levels in personal growth and taught her the importance of being present and living with intention. In her teachings, she hopes to offer knowledge and inspiration while helping others develop body awareness, flexibility and connecting with their most honest self.
