Shannon began practicing yoga in 2012 when one of her best friends dragged her to a class promising it would be “a great workout”. She was 100% right- it was that and more and Shannon immediately incorporated yoga into her weekly routine. Growing up an athlete and runner; yoga was able to provide a completely different release on a spiritual and personal level. Shannon completed her 200 YTT in Fall of 2014 at Breathe, The Art of Yoga and completed 100 Hour Sculpt Training at NEXT Yoga in 2016. In 2019, she moved to Frankfort, where she found Hart and immediately, she knew was her home studio! Shannon’s classes really focus on breath work to try and connect the breath to the self. The yoga experience is different for every student, but the main goal is simple: to leave feeling better than when you walked in the door. Shannon’s classes always bring the heat, good beats, sweat, creative flows, and breath work.
