Trying to find some ease for her body and quiet in her mind, Lynn came to yoga around 2008.
Lynn has been guiding multiple classes a week since receiving her 200 hour RYT certification in February of 2016. She will forever be a student as she continues her education/journey taking classes weekly and attending workshops/festivals yearly.
Her classes are designed to bring about mindfulness using one’s breath as a guide. Creating a deeper awareness of how one’s body, breath, and mind are connected. Individuals will build strength, balance, gain flexibility, as well as work on a range of mobility. There will be self discovery and self transformation when exploring stillness & movement through shapes/postures.
