Lisa began practicing vinyasa yoga about 8 years ago. What began as a goal of physical fitness quickly transformed into a desire for a better understanding of yoga’s effect on the entire self. Yoga has the unique ability to bring a person into the present moment through connection of breath and movement. Lisa’s wish is to share the peace she has found in this connection. Her background in physical therapy provides a great foundation of the understanding of the physical practice of yoga. In early 2022, she completed 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training through YogaRenew as well as Functional Yin Yoga teacher training through Exalt Yoga.
