A strong bonding of Yin and Vinyasa, combining a guided meditation with longer holds transitioning seamlessly into continuous flow. During the yin portion of class, you’ll connect deeply into the three spheres of mindfulness: breath, body, and mind; as we work the connective tissues of the body, increasing flexibility, promoting the health of your joints and range of motion. After a few long holds, we seamlessly transition into movement, vinyasa, developing strength, stamina, and expressive creativity.
