Yoga/Tumble Ages 2-4
This class is 45minutes instruction introducing students to beginner Yoga Poises and tumbling skills such as forward and backward rolls, dive rolls and up to cartwheels, handstands, backbends, and bridge kickovers with upbeat music. Parent/Guardian Participation is welcomed but not required.
Kids Yoga Ages 3-5
This class is a 1-hour child class, focused on instilling mindfulness for our yogis to use on and off the mat. We encourage them to observe how their breath supports their bodies and their minds as they flow through sequences we create together. We’ll explore the joy of movement, feel a variety of shapes, breathe into the spaces + find our way to rest through movement. Practice is open to all and no prior experience is necessary. Ending each class with Yin movements and a mindful rest.
Yoga + Dance Ages 5+
This 75 min energizing movement class incorporating different yoga styles and various dance styles and techniques. Each class will incorporate a different style and flow. Each class ends with a relaxing yin/meditation. This class focuses on our young yogi generation ages 5+.
Yoga/Acrobatics/Dance-Kids Ages 7+
Yoga/Acrobatics/Dance is a physical practice that combines yoga, acrobatics & dance. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to return to the basics or begin Build your technique we will be learning a basic Hatha or Vinyasa Flow yoga/acrobatics into a dance routine. Ending each class with a deep yin/yoga stretch and meditation. 75 minute class.
Acro/Yoga Kids Ages 7+
Acro/Yoga is a physical practice that combines yoga and acrobatics. This class is perfect for anyone who wants to return to the basics or begin Build your technique we will be learning a basic Hatha or Vinyasa Flow yoga with acrobatics. Ending each class with a deep yin/yoga stretch and meditation. Ages 7+
